والله، عندي كحة قوية وامل يف الحلق. وكامن عندي صداع.

Well, I have a strong cough and a sore throat. And I've had a headache as well.

كم لها معاك االعراض؟

How long have you had these symptoms?
Patient
حوايل ثالثة ايام. ومرة تعبان كامن.
Translation
About three days. And I've been really tired as well.

همم. الظاهر انه عندك انفلونزا. خذ اسبريين كل اربع ساعات وحاول ترتاح مرة. وتاكد انك ترشب سوايل كثري. وكلمني اذا ما زلت تعبان االسبوع الجاي.
Translation
Hmm. It looks like you have influenza. Take aspirin every four hours and try to rest a lot. Drink plenty of fluids. And call me if you're still feeling unwell next week.
